- Honor payment commitments made to dental clinics

- Comply with all pre and post-treatment instructions
4. Limitations of Service
MxSmiles acts as a facilitator connecting patients with licensed dental providers. We do not provide dental services directly.
We are not responsible for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment provided by partner clinics.
We cannot guarantee specific treatment outcomes or results.
5. Payment Terms
- Initial consultations are provided free of charge
- Treatment costs are paid directly to dental clinics according to their payment terms
- Patients are responsible for all travel and accommodation expenses
- Refund policies are determined by individual dental clinics
6. Limitation of Liability
MxSmiles is not liable for any complications, outcomes, or issues arising from dental treatments performed by partner clinics. Patients assume all risks associated with medical tourism.
You agree to indemnify MxSmiles against any claims arising from your use of our services or treatment received from partner providers.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
