Before choosing a full-arch offer, establish what the quote includes, which stages remain, and what the whole trip would cost. A clinician must assess whether a proposed treatment is appropriate for you.
Per arch or both arches?
Have the clinic name which arch or arches the estimate covers and describe the proposed work. A starting per-arch price is not the total for a complete upper-and-lower treatment plan.
Temporary and final teeth
Ask what restoration you would leave with after each visit, its material, and the separate cost and timing of any final restoration. Do not interpret a same-day marketing label as completion of every treatment stage.
How many trips?
The treating clinician must approve the stages, length of stay and return visits for your case. Ask what could change after examination and how extra visits would be priced. We are awaiting a documented clinic itinerary rather than publishing a universal schedule.
What does the quoted price cover?
Request an itemized plan rather than relying on a price range from a general guide. Include implant components, restorations, imaging, laboratory work, anesthesia options, reviews and any additional procedures. We are not publishing a verified MxSmiles full-arch price schedule yet.
What to get in writing
- Treating clinician, exact premises and credentials relevant to the proposed work.
- Number of arches, implant system and components, and temporary versus final restoration materials.
- Included procedures, exclusions, currency, stage payments and approval of additional charges.
- Provisional itinerary, what confirms it, and responsibility for a changed stay or return trip.
- Written revision terms, who pays travel costs, records handoff and named follow-up contacts.
